By Air:
There are up to ten flights daily between Copenhagen and Aarhus. The flying time is about 25 minutes. From the airport, take the shuttle bus until the main train station (it is about 40 minutes and costs 50.00 DK/6.00 EURO). From the train station take a taxi to Marselis Hotel (about 5.00 EURO). If you take a taxi from the airport it is about 60.00 EURO

By train:
There is every two hours a high speed train from Copenhagen Airport / Main Station to Aarhus Main Station. Riding time is about 3.5 hours. If you arrive on Aarhus Main Station, take a Taxi to Marselis Hotel (about 5.00 EURO)

Accomodation:
The conference takes place in the "Menan Marselis Hotel" in Aaarhus, a four star hotel, situated in a park on a pittoresque Baltic Sea bay. The hotel has its own beach and an indoor pool. Each room has a seaview. The hotel is a little bit outside from the city centre. The Taxi drive is about ten minutes from the railway station. There is also a public bus which goes every 30 minutes between the city centre and the hotel.
